Biography

2010-11: Appeared in 25 games, earning two starts • Had a personal-best 11 points on 3-of-4 from deep in a win over UNCG (2/19) • Grabbed a career-high of four rebounds on four occasions – in wins over both Georgia Southern (1/22) and UNCG (2/19).

2009-10: Saw a season-high 12 minutes of action in a win at Furman (2/6) • Connected on both of his field goal attempts for a season-best four points in victory over UNCG (2/17) • Drained his first collegiate three-pointer in home win against Chattanooga on 2/23.

Prep Career: Eclipsed the 1,000 point mark during his senior season at Robert C. Byrd while also becoming the all-time leading scorer in school history •Named conference player of the year and finished as the runner-up in the state player of the year voting in 2008-2009 • Selected first-team all-county, first-team all-conference, first-team all-state and county player of the year in his final season • Scored a career-high 42 points in a game • Helped lead Robert C. Byrd to a 22-3 overall record during his junior season • Squad won a conference title and made a state quarterfinals appearance in 2008 • Averaged nearly 14 points, seven boards and two assists per game as a junior • 2008 first-team all-county and second-team all-state • Two-time second-team all-conference selection • As a sophomore dumped in eight points and added six rebounds per game to help team to a 19-5 record • Member of the National Honor Society.
