Indoor: Set a new personal-record in the 3,000-meters with a time of 10:30.37 at the Hilton Garden Innvitational...Also had a time of 18:53.88 in the 5,000-meters at the Virginia Tech Challenge.

Outdoor: Set a new personal-record 18:38.82 in the 5,000-meters at the Duke Twilight. 

2013-14
Indoor: Competed in one meet on the year...Ran a time of 10:58.85 in the 3,000-meters at the Liberty Quad.

Outdoor: Ran a personal-best time of 5:01.25 in the 1,500-meters at the Wake Forest Open...Clocked in a time of 5:17.16 in the one-mile at the Joe Hilton Invitational...Had a season-best time of 18:58.13 in the 5,000-meters at the UNC Wilmington Seahawk Invitational.

2012-13
Indoor: Did not compete.

Outdoor: Competed in three outdoor meets...Ran a time of 11:16.97 in the 3000m at the Coastal Carolina Invitational.

2011-12
Indoor: Finished as the runner-up in the 3000m at the Captain's Invitational with a time of 10:57.68...Clocked a time of 19:38.52 in the 5000m at the Captain's Invitational.

Outdoor: Ran a time of 10:58.03 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational in the 3000m race and finished 12th...Also finished 12th in the 5000m race at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 19:02.88...Ran a personal-record of 18:49.98 in the 5,000-meter run at the Duke invitational, placing 14th.

Cross Country:
2014: Competed in five meets during the season...Clocked a personal-best time of 18:26.8 in the 5K at the 3 Stripe Invite on Nov. 8...Had a season-best finish of seventh at the Elon vs. UNCG Dual meet on Aug. 30.

2013: Competed in five meets during the season...Ran a time of 19:21.2 and finished in 11th at the Three Stripe Invitational...Clocked in a time of 19:33.2 at the Elon Invitational.

2012: Ran a time of 19.21.4 in the 5K race at the Queens Royal Challenge...Clocked a time of 24:12.5 in 6K race at the Charlotte Invitational...Crossed the line in 13th at the Elon Invitational with a time of 19:59...Had a season-best time of 19:13 at the Three Stripe Invitational.

2011: Posted a career-best time of 19:42 at the Three Stripe Red Shirt Invitational…Finished the Charlotte Invitational in 19:48.88…Clocked a time of 20:09.00 at the Elon Invitational…Ran the Royal XC Challenge in 20:23.4.

High School:
Cross Country: Served as team captain in 2010…Team won both the county and league championships in 2008 and 2009…Helped team to the 2009 state sectional championship…Member of National Honor Society and WLHS at Ramsey High School.
