Indoor: Had a season-best toss of 36' 0.25" (10.98m) in the weight throw at the Wake Forest Invitational...Threw a mark of 37' 11.25" (11.56m) in the shot put at the High Point Team Challenge.

Outdoor: Broke into the program's top-five list in the discus throw with her heave of 141' 7" (43.15m) at the Phoenix Invitational and finished third overall...Had a toss of 41' 1.5" in the shot put at the CAA Championships...Threw a season-best heave of 129' 6" (39.47m) in the hammer throw at the Phoenix Invitational.

High School: Four-time All-state athlete in track and field at Seneca High School under head coach Karl Addias...Three-time Team MVP from sophomore through senior seasons.

Personal: Daughter of Howard and Shannon Holland...Intends to major in psychology.
