2014-15
Indoor: Had a personal-best time of 9:56.39 in the 3,000-meters at the Hokie Invitational...Established another indoor personal-record in the 5,000-meters with a time of 17:40.55 at the SPIRE NCAA Indoor Invitational.

Outdoor: Ran the second-fastest time in school history in the 5,000-meters with a time of 16:50.21 at the CAA Outdoor Championships...A member of the 4x800-meter relay team that ran the third-best time in school history at 9:34.32 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational...Had a new personal-best of 4:42.28 in the 1,500-meters at the Phoenix Invitational...Also had a personal-record 2:20.78 in the 800-meters at the Phoenix Invitational.

2013-14
Indoor: Ran in two meets during the indoor season...Finished seventh overallin the one-mile at the Liberty Quad.

Outdoor: Competed at three meets during the outdoor season...Had season-best seventh-place finish in the 1,500-meters at the Radford Alumni Invitational with a time of 4:48.38. 

2012-13
Indoor: Set a new personal-record in one-mile run with a time of 5:10.87 at the 2013 SoCon Indoor Championships...Finished sixth in the one-mile run at the Gene Anderson Invitational with a time of 5:15.29...Competed as a member of the 4x400m relay team at the Wake Forest Open that clocked a time of 4:24.00 and finished seventh.

Outdoor: Ran a personal-record of 2:25.24 in the 800m at the Duke Invitational...Set a new personal-record in the 1,500m race with a time of 4:47.75 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational...Ran a time of 4:52.74 in the 1,500m and finished in 21st.

2011-12
Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 1:08.44 in the 400m at the Captain's Invitational...Had a season-best time of 1:47.47 in the 600m at the Captain's Invitational...Was a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished fifth at the Liberty Quad with a time of 4:10.58.

Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets on the year...ran a season-best time of 2:27.05 in the 800m at the Coastal Carolina Invitational...Established a personal-record in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 13:10.05 at the 2012 SoCon Outdoor Championships...Had a season-best time of 5:02.14 in the 1,500m Coastal Carolina Invitational.

Cross Country:
2014: Had two first-place finishes on the season...Led the Phoenix in four out of her seven races on the year...Clocked the second-fastest time in school history in the 5K with 17:27 at the adidas XC Challenge...Also ran the program's second-fastest time in the 6K with a time of 21:02.63 at the NCAA Southeast Regional...Earned All-CAA honors after finishing sixth at the championship meet with a time of 21:10.9...Became Elon's first female runner to win a race since 2011 with individualists finishes at the Elon vs. UNCG Dual meet and the Elon Invitational.

2013: Competed in six meets for the season...Finished ninth at the Elon Invitational with a time of 18:29.1...Clocked in a time of 19:07 at the Southern Conference Championship meet...Finished the Blue Ridge Open with a time of 19:08.6.

2012: Competed in four events on the year...Ran a season-best time of 18:56.4 at the Queens Royal XC Challenge on Oct. 12...Finished in 16th overall with a time of 19:39 at the Three Stripe Invitational on Nov. 3...Crossed the line in 14th at the Elon Invitational with a time of 20:12 on Sept. 15.

2011: Posted a season-best time of 19:36.2 at the Royal XC Challenge…Clocked a 20:03.00 at the Elon Invitational…Finished the College of Charleston Invitational with a time if 20:04.00.

High School:
Cross Country: Earned all-region honors for three straight years from 2008-10…Named to the all-state team in 2008…Named the conference runner of the year in 2008, 2009 and 2010…Three-time cross country MVP (2008-10)…Placed third at the 2009 N.C. 4A 1600-meter regional championship…Helped Lake Norman to four straight conference championships…Holds the Lake Norman High School 5K record…Team finished second at the 2008 N.C. 3A state championships…Member of the LNHS National Honor Society and Beta Club…Owns PRs of 18:27 in the 5K and 5:09 in the 1600-meter.
