2014-15: Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to the title at the High Point Team Challenge with a time of 3:57.05...Clocked a season-best time of 26.22 in the 200-meters at the High Point Team Challenge...Ran a 59.57 at the Hilton Garden Innvitational. 

2013-14: Set a new personal-record in the 200-meters after running the fourth-fastest time in school history at 25.27 at the Virginia Tech Challenge...Clocked in a time of 56.70 in the 400-meters at the Virginia Tech Challenge, the fourth-fastest in school history...Captured the 200-meters title at the Liberty Quad with a time of 25.75...Earned All-Southern Conference honors as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished third overall with a time of 3:52.42...Helped the 4x100-meter relay team earn all-conference at the CAA Outdoor Championships with a third-place finish and a time of 46.90, third-best performance in school history.

2012-13: Named to the SoCon's All-Freshman team in the 400m dash after clocking a time of 58.84 at the 2013 SoCon Indoor Championships and finishing fifth overall...A member of the 4x400m relay team that won the title at the Gene Anderson Invitational with a time of 4:00.28...Ran a time of 25.86 in the 200m at the Virginia Tech Challenge.

Outdoor
2014-15: Aided the 4x400-meter relay team to a victory at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a time of 3:55.69...Member of the 4x100-meter relay team that won the title at the Aggie Invitational with a time of 47.64...Clocked a time of 25.94 in the 200-meters at the Phoenix Invitational and finished fourth overall...Was fifth in the 400-meters at the Phoenix Invitational with a time of 57.71.

2013-14: Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a third-place standing at the Southern Conference Championships with a time of 3:44.28...Also was a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that also garnered a third-place finish at the SoCon Championships with a time of 46.61...Earned All-SoCon honors from the 4x400 and 4x100-meter relay teams...Ran the third-fastest time in school history in the 400-meters with a time of 56.10 at the SoCon Championships.

2012-13: A member of the 4x200m relay team that captured the event title at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a time of 1:41.58...Finished fourth in the 400m at the Joe Hilton Invitational with a time of 59.26...Clocked a 58.71 in the 400m at the Coastal Carolina Invitational...Ran a 25.57 in the 200m at the Wake Forest Open...Was a member of the 4x400 team that placed at the SoCon Outdoor Championships.

High School: Four year letterwinner at Immaculate Heart Academy (Township of Washington, N.J.) under head coach Shemayne Williams...Holds the school record in both the 200 and 300 meters...Earned Indoor All-County first team honors every season...Named the All League All Around Athlete as a junior...Set the school record in the 400 her sophomore season...Also awarded All League Honors in the 200 and 4x400 Relay as a junior...Made first team All League in various events.
