2014-15
Indoor: Ran a time of 5:26.71 in the one-mile run at the High Point Team Challenge...Clocked in a time of 10:31.93 in the 3,000-meters at the Hilton Garden Invitational.

Outdoor: Won the 5,000-meters at the Phoenix Invitational with a time of 17:56.24...Had a time of 36:39.26 in the 10,000-meters at the CAA Outdoor Championships.

2013-14
Indoor: Competed in only one meet during the indoor season...Finished 13th in the 5,000-meters at the Penn StateNational Invitational with a time of 18:22.30.

Outdoor: Finished 13th in the 5,000-meters at the UNC Wilmington Seahawk Invitational with a time of 19:01.80 in her lone outdoor meet of the season.

2012-13
Indoor: Had a season-high third place finish in the 3,000m at the Wake Forest Invitational and a time of 10:22.72...Ran a season-best time of 5:21.77 in the one-mile run at the Gene Anderson Invitational...Finished fifth in the 3,000m at the Liberty Quad with a time of 10:25.15.

Outdoor: Ran a then-school record in the 10,000-meters with a time of 36:15.16 at the Raleigh Relays...Established a new personal-best in the 5,000m run with a time of 17:40.19 at the Wake Forest Open and a season-high eighth place finish in the race.

2011-12
Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets on the year...Captured the title in the 3,000-meters at the Kent  Taylor Invitational with a time of 10:18.05...Finished as the runner-up at the Captain's Invitational in the  one-mile run and a time of 5:16.14...Ran a season-best time of 3:16.01 in the 1,000-meters at the Captain's Invitational...Ran a time of 10:35.99 in the 3,000-meter run and crossed the line with a mark of 18:07.63 at the 2012 SoCon Indoor Championships and earned a spot on the league's All-Freshman team in both events.

Outdoor: Ran in three outdoor meets for the Phoenix...Ran a personal-best 2:39.54 in the 800m at the Coastal Carolina Invitational...Had a season-best time of 5:09.54 in the 1,500-meter race at the Coastal Carolina Invitational.
Cross Country:
2014: Ran in five meets on the year...Set a personal-record in the 5K at the adidas XC Challenge with a time of 17:51 and finished 13th overall...Was eighth at the Elon Invitational with a timeof 18:36...Was 19th overall at the CAA Championships with a time of 22:18.4.

2013: Ran in four meets on the year...Finished 12th at the Southern Conference Championships with a time of 18:29.8 earning second team All-SoCon honors...Clocked in a time of 18:35.8 at the Greater Louisville Classic...Ran a 22:08.5 in the 6K at the Southeast Regional Championships.

2012: Competed in six races on the season...Ran the seventh fastest 6K time in school history with a time of 22:15.89 at the NCAA Southeast Regionals on Nov. 9...Finished as the runner-up with a time of 18:18 at the Elon Invitational on Sept. 15...Was the Phoenix's top runner and 17th overall at the Charlotte Invitational with a time of 22:16.42 on Sept. 28...Had another top-20 standing at the Southern Conference Championship with a time of 18:08.31 on Oct. 27.

2011: Clocked the fourth-best time in program history of 17:43.90 for a 21st place finish at the SoCon Championships and earned SoCon All-Freshman Team honors…Ranks sixth on Elon’s all-time 6K performance list after finishing in 22:31.7 at the NCAA Regional…Clocked a time of 18:04.03 at the Charlotte Invitational…Ran a 18:21.00 at the Elon Invitational for seventh…Took fourth in her first collegiate meet with a time of 18:22.00 at the College of Charleston Invitational...Earned the team's Coach's Award.

High School: 
Cross Country: 2010 NCISAA individual cross country state champion…Named to the all-state and all-conference cross country team for four straight years from 2007-10…Helped Charlotte Latin School to the 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 NCISSA cross country state championships…Won the conference championship in 2009 and 2010…2009 State runner-up…Named the 2009 Charlotte Observer Girl’s Runner of the Year and the 2009 South Charlotte Weekly Girl’s Runner of the Year… Owns PRs of 18:01 in the 5K, 5:12 in the 1600-meter and 11:04 in the 3200-meter.

Track: Earned all-state track honors from 2008-10…Team won the NCISSA track state championship four straight years from 2008-11…State record holder in the 4x800-meter relay…Member of the 4x800-meter relay all-state team from 2009-11…Earned all-conference honors in the 3200-meter for three straight years from 2009-11…Conference champion in both the 1600 and 3200-meter.
