Indoor: Ran a personal-best time of 10:16.74 in the 3,000-meters at the Hilton Garden Invitational...Also set a personal-best of 17:55.80 in the 5,000-meters at the SPIRE NCAA Indoor Invitational.

Outdoor: Clocked a time of 18:41.50 in the 5,000-meters at the VertKlasse Meeting.

2013-14
Indoor: Had a fifth-place finish in the 3,000-meters at the Wake Forest Open with a time of 11:01.78...Ran a season-best time of 10:50.71 in the 3,000-meters at the Liberty Open and finished sixth overall.

Outdoor: Set a new personal-best in the 5,000-meters with a time of 18:33.99 at the UNC Wilmington Seahawk Invitational, finishing eighth overall...Ran a new personal-record time of 10:48.52 in the 3,000-meters at the Joe Hilton Outdoor Invitational.

2012-13:
Indoor: Did not compete.

Outdoor: Competed in four meets on the year...Set a personal-best time of 11:51.17 in the 3,000-meter run at the Wake Forest Open...Had a season-best finish of 29th in the 3,000-meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational.

2011-12: Did not compete during the indoor and outdoor campaigns.

2014: Competed in seven meets on the year for the Phoenix...Set a personal-record time of 17:53 in the 5K at the adidas XC Challenge on Sept. 19...Also ran a new career-best 6K time of 21:50.8 at the NCAA Southeast Regionals...Earned the program's Most Improved Award

2013: Ran in five events on the year...Ran a time of 19:27 at the Three Stripe Invitational and finished 14th...Crossed the line with a time of 20:03.8 at the Elon Invitational...Clocked in a time of 20:30 at the Mountaineer Open.

2012: Competed in the Elon Invitational and ran a time of 22:22 on Sept. 15.

2011: Did not compete.

Cross Country: Started running as a junior…Finished 15^th at the 2010 N.J. state meet and ninth at Nike Cross Regionals…Named to the 2010 all-division and all-county first teams and the all-region second team…Served as 2010 team captain and named 2010 Team MVP…Earned all-league, all-county and all-region first team honors in 2009…Helped high school to 2009 state championship title…Finished seventh at 2009 Nike Cross Regionals…Honored as the Bergen County Athlete of the Week in 2009…Member of the Honor Roll and Spanish National Honors Society at Academy of the Holy Angels…Owns PRs of 5:16 in the 1600-meter, 11:12 in the 3200-meter and 18:29 in the 5000-meter.
