Indoor: Saw action in four meets during the season...Finished sixth in the pole vault at the JDL Team Challenge (2/7) with a cleared height of 9' 4.25" (2.85m).

Outdoor: Cleared the bar in the pole vault at a height of 9' 7" (2.92m) at the Phoenix Invitational (4/6).

2017-18
Indoor:  Did not compete in any meets as she joined the team midyear.
 
Outdoor: Competed in four meets on the season…Cleared the bar with a season-best height of 9' 6.25" (2.90m) in the pole vault at the 49er Classic (3/16)…Had a cleared height of 9' 2.5" (2.81m) in the pole vault at the Phoenix Invitational.
 
Prep Career
• Competed at Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School under head coach Jeff Hartwig.
• Individual four-time All-State Pole Vault.
• Team captain as a senior (2016).
• Received the Harriet Green Track and Field Award: “In annual recognition of that member of the track team whose outstanding effort, example and achievement have been an inspiration to her MICDS teammates.”
• Helped her team to the state championship in 2016 and to a runner-up finish in 2015.

Personal
• Daughter of Allen and Stephanie Smith.
• Mom competed in gymnastics at James Madison University.
• Brother graduated from Elon in 2015.
• Plans to major in accounting.
