2018: Earned First Team All-CAA Football honors after garnering Preseason All-CAA Football honors...Was also named an All-American by the AFCA, Phil Steele and Associated Press...Started all 11 games...Helped Elon amass a season average of 199.5 yards per game on the ground to finish second in the conference in the category...Also blocked for a running game that scored 22 of the team's 31 touchdowns on the season...Played a big role in keeping the quarterback upright with the offensive line allowing just 16 sacks on the season...Shifted from left guard to left tackle in the season opener at USF and remained in the position the remainder fo the season.

2017: Was a Second Team All-CAA Football honoree…Started all 12 games.

2016: Honored with the team's Most Outstanding Offensive Player award…Earned the start in all 11 games…Named to the CAA Football Academic All-Conference Team.

2015: Started all nine games in which he appeared…Named to the CAA Football Academic All-Conference Team.

Prep: Twice earned all-conference and academic all-conference honors…Earned his squad’s lineman of the year distinction as a sophomore…Collected the Coaches Award as a junior…Team captain and team MVP in 2014 for coach Wayne Bragg’s program…Selected to play in the North Carolina East-West All-Star Game…Helped his team reach the state playoffs and lead the league in rushing in each of his final two years…Two-time all-conference, academic all-conference and state qualifier in wrestling.

Personal: Son of former Penn State University football player John and Paula Toogood…Grandfather, Charley Toogood, played seven seasons in the National Football League…Born March 29, 1997.
