2016-17
Indoor: Competed in four meets during the season…Broke her school-record in the 1,000-meters with a time of 2:49.22 at the Darius Dixon Invitational and was second overall...Also broke her school record in the one-mile run with her time of 4:42.77 at the UCS Invitational, finishing fifth…Won the one-mile race at the JDL College Kickoff with a time of 4:47.00…Clocked a time of 4:45.34 and came in eighth against some of the nation’s elite at the Camel City Invitational.
 
Outdoor: Captured the CAA event championship in both the 800 and 1,500-meter races at the league outdoor championships…Broke her own school-record in the 800-meters at the Duke Invitational with a time of 2:08.41 and was second…Also set a new personal and school-record in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:18.42 at the NCAA East Preliminaries, finishing 15th overall in the region…Ran a time of 4:25.64 in the 1,500-meters at the CAA Outdoor Championships to win her second league title in the event…Earned the 800-meter championship at the CAA meet with her time of 2:09.87.
 
2015-16
Indoor: Competed in three meets during the season…Had a season-best time of 5:05.57 in the one-mile run at the Penn State Tune-Up (2/20)…Was the runner-up in the one-mile at the Ken Taylor Invitational with a time of 5:11.67.
 
Outdoor: Earned All-CAA honors in both the 800 and the 1,500-meters at the CAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships…Ran a time of 4:23.33 in the finals of the 1,500-meters at the CAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships and was the runner-up…Finished third in the 800-meters with a time of 2:12.48 at the CAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/7)…Clocked a season-best time of 2:10.51 in the 800-meters at the Campbell Invitational and finished as the runner-up.
 
2014-15
Indoor: Broke the school-record in the 800-meters with a time of 2:09.02 at the ECAC Indoor Championships...Also broke her own school-record in the 1,000-meters with a time of 2:53.09 at the Hokie Invitational...Also set the indoor school-record in the one-mile run with a time of 4:48.88 at the Virginia Tech Challenge...Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to an event win at the High Point Team Challenge with a time of 3:57.05.
 
Outdoor: Named the CAA Most Outstanding Performer at the league championships...Captured the 1,500-meters title at the CAA Championships after running a league-record time of 4:22.82...Also won the 800-meter title with a new personal-best time of 2:10.42 at the CAA Championships...Had a runner-up finish in the 800-meters at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 2:11.19...Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 1,500-meters.
 
2013-14
Indoor: Set the new school record in the 1,000-meters with a time of 2:54.55 at the Liberty Open, capturing the event title...Finished third overall in 800-meters with a time of 2:14.68 at the High Point Team Challenge.
 
Outdoor: Ran the second-fastest time in school history in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:29.92 at the Wolfpack Last Chance meet...Finished third overall in the 800-meters at the Joe Hilton Invitational with a time of 2:12.11 and also became the third-fastest performer in the race in school history...Was fourth in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:31.95 and earned SoCon All-Freshman honors.


Cross Country
2016: Earned All-Region honors for the second straight season after finishing 14th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships, the highest Division I finish ever for an Elon female…Clocked a new school-record of 20:51.7 in the 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships…Named All-CAA after earning a third-place finish at the CAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 21:26.42 – the highest finish ever for an Elon female at a conference meet…Set a new school-record in the 5K at the Louisville Classic with a time of 17:23.40.
 
2015: Became only the second athlete in program history to earn All-Region honors with a 25th-place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships with a 6K time of 21:38.6…Received All-CAA honors after finishing sixth at the CAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 20:58 in the 6K.
 
2014: Competed in four meets on the year for the Phoenix...Ran the fourth-fastest time in school history in the 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regional Meet with a time of 21:21.4...Earned All-CAA honors after finishing 11th with a time of 21:44.6...Was fourth at the Elon Invitational with a time of 18:07.
 
2013: Competed in six meets on the year for the Phoenix...Was part of the tadem along with Tereza Novotna that won the Wake Forest Relay title with a combined time of 31:53...Clocked in a time of 18:24.4 at the Elon Invitational...Ran a season-best 5K time of 18:35.3 at the Southern Conference Championships and earned both All-SoCon and league All-Freshman honors...Clocked in a time of 22:16.0 at the NCAA Southeast Regionals.
 
High School: Team captain at Chelmer Valley High School...Recipient of the Jack Petchey award...Was the U20 Essex Cross Country champion and Essex County Champion in the 800-meters...Also claimed the Essex and Eastern Counties 800-meter title...Finished as the U20 Essex County runner-up in the 1,500-meters...Placed third in Southern Schools cross country in 2012.
