Indoor: Competed in six meets on the season...Clocked a personal-best time of 2:57.20 in the 1,000-meters and finished second overall at the Virginia Tech Challenge...Set a personal-record time of 5:17.47 in the one-mile at the Camel City Invitational...Member of the DMR team that ran the second-fastest time in school history with a 9:15.69 at the ECAC Indoor Championships.

Outdoor: Set a new personal-best in the 800-meters with a time of 2:17.81 at the Charlotte Invitational...Ran a personal-record of 4:38.95 in the 1,500-meters and finished fourth at the Phoenix Invitational...Finished seventh overall in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:42.96 at the CAA Championships...Clocked a time of 11:21.25 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and was eighth overall at the CAA Championships.

2017-18
Indoor: Clocked a personal-best time of 2:20.50 in the 800-meters at the UCS Invitational (2/17)…Finished third in the 1,000-meters at the Liberty Elite Invitational with a personal-record time of 3:00.36…Set a new personal-best time in the one-mile run at the Keydet Invitational with a time of 5:22.64.
 
Outdoor: Finished second in the 1,500-meters at the Phoenix Invitational (4/14) with a time of 4:45.74…Was fourth in the 1,500-meters at the Winthrop Adidas Invitational (3/22) with a personal-best time of 4:45.11…Finished ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the CAA Championships (5/5).
 
2016-17
Indoor: Competed in five meets during the season, racing the 800-meters…Ran a season-best time of 2:26.22 at the UCS Invitational…Clocked a 2:26.76 at the Camel City Invitational.
 
Outdoor: Ran in three meets on the year…Had a season-best time of 2:23.92 in the 800-meters at the Bob Davidson Spring Kickoff.

2018: Competed in four meets on the year...Ran a time of 15:39.7 in the 4K at the Phoenix Opener...Clocked a time of 23:46.4 at the CAA Championships...Had a personal-best time of 19:10 in the 5K at the Queen City Invitational.

2017: Ran in three meets this season...had a 4K time of 15:48.6 at the Elon Opener...Competed at the adidas XC Challenge and had a time of 20:59.8...Ran a 23:16 in the 6K at the Paul Short Run.

2016: Ran in two meets on the year…Clocked a 16:52.4 in the 4K at the Elon Opener.

Prep Career
Ran at Hingham High School under head coaches Dawn Dickerson and Todd Deely...Named a All-Star in cross country in 2015 and in outdoor track and field in 2016...Rewarded the Sportsmanship Award for 2014-15...Placed sixth at the 2016 Outdoor D2 States in the 800-meters and fourth in the 4x800-meter relay...Was seventh at the 2015 indoor D3 States in the 1,000-meters...A four-year Honor Roll student.
