High School: Was a four-year starter for the varsity lacrosse team at Red Bank Catholic…Named team captain and MVP as a senior in 2014…Helped lead her team to two state championships in 2012 and 2014, amassing a 77-11 record during her four years with the program while being crowned division champions each of the four years and Shore Conference champions in 2012…Was selected First Team All-Shore in 2013 and 2014 and was Second Team All-Shore in 2012…Finished her high school career with 211 goals and 129 assists…Was a two-time Academic All-American and a 2013 US Lacrosse National Tournament Team selection for South Jersey…Also was a three-year letterwinner in soccer…Named captain of the team as a senior and helped the program to the Shore Conference Championship the same year.

Personal: Full name is Maeve Josephine Cowley…Daughter of Bill and Barb Cowley…Born on Aug. 7, 1995… Father was an All-American wide receiver at Holy Cross, who still holds the school record for most touchdown receptions in a game for the Crusaders and he went on to sign as a free agent with the Dallas Cowboys and New England Patriots…Mother was also a collegiate athlete as a soccer player at Holy Cross…Grandfather, Bill Cowley, Sr., was a standout basketball player at Georgetown and St. John's before being drafted by the Boston Celtics…Graduated with a degree in Strategic Communications and minored in Professional Sales.
