Indoor: Helped the Phoenix's 4x400-meter relay team to the fourth-fastest time in school history at the ECAC Indoor Championships (3/2) with a time of 3:49.69...Was a member of the distance medley relay team that clocked a time of 11:45.62 - third-best in school history - and finished as the runner-up at the ECAC Indoor Championships (3/2)...Set a new personal-best indoor time of 56.19 in the 400-meters at the ECAC Indoor Championships (3/2)...Won the 400-meters at the Wake Forest Invitational (1/20) with a time of 58.21...Was second in the 200-meters at the Wake Forest Invitational (1/20) with a time of 25.75.
Outdoor: Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a school-record time of 3:43.14 at the CAA Outdoor Championships (5/4) and was second overall...Earned All-CAA honors as a member of the 4x100-meter relay team at the CAA Championships (5/4) that clocked the second-fastest time in school history of 46.43...Set a new personal-best time of 24.29 in the 200-meter prelims at the CAA Championships (5/3), the second-best time in school history.

Indoor: Member of the distance medley relay team that finished third at the ECAC Indoor Championships (3/2) with a school-record time of 11:41.69…Had a season-best time of 26.01 in the 200-meters at the UCS Invitational (2/17)…Ran a time of 58.95 in the 400-meters at the JDL Last Chance meet (2/25)…Helped the Phoenix's 4x400-meter relay team to a runner-up finish at the UCS Invitational with a time of 3:55.00.
Outdoor: Earned All-CAA honors in the 400-meters after clocking a new personal-best time of 55.15 and finishing third overall at the CAA Championships…Also received All-CAA accolades as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished as the runner-up at the CAA Championships with a time of 3:43.59, the second-best time in school history…Ran a time of 55.89 in the 400-meters at the Duke Invitational (4/20)…Had a season-best mark of 25.15 in the 200-meters on April 20.
2016-17
Indoor: Helped the Phoenix’s 4x400-meter relay team qualify for the ECAC Indoor Championships for the second straight season…Ran a new personal-best in the 60-meters of a time of 7.98 at the JDL College Team Challenge…Was third overall in the 200-meters with a season-best time of 25.16 at the Virginia Tech Challenge…Won the 400-meters with a season-best time of 58.11 at the Virginia Tech Invitational…Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to the second-fastest indoor time in school history at 3:48.36 at the Virginia Tech Challenge.
Outdoor: Helped the Elon 4x400-meter relay team to its second league championship at the CAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:45.17, fourth-best time in school history…Set a new personal-record in the 200-meters with a time of 25.03 at the Bob Davidson Spring Kickoff…Clocked a season-best time of 57.38 in the 400-meters at the Phoenix Invitational, finishing second overall.
2015-16
Indoor: Qualified for the ECAC Indoor Championships as a member of the Phoenix’s 4x400-meter relay team…Helped the 4x400-meter relay team win the event at the Penn State Tune-Up with a school-record time of 3:46.52…Had a season-best time of 57.64 in the 400-meters at the SPIRE NCAA Division I Challenge…Also had a season-best time of 25.40 in the 200-meters at the SPIRE NCAA Division I Challenge.
Outdoor: Member of the 4x400-meter relay team that won the league title at the CAA Championships with a school-record time of 3:43.32…Clocked a 55.85 in the 400-meter dash at the CAA Championships, fifth-best time in school history…Ran a season-best 25.35 in the 200-meters at the VertKlasse Meeting…Helped the 4x400-meter relay win the race two other times during the season; at the Campbell Invitational (3:45.43) and at the Phoenix Invitational (3:50.45).
