2018
Competed in five meets on the year...Ran a time of 25:30.1 in the 8K at the CAA Championships...Was 25th overall at the ECU Pirates Invitational with a time of 25:43.2...Had a time of 33:19.6 in the men's 10K at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.

2017
Ran in six meet this season...Moved into the top-10 times in school history in the 10K with his 32:35.3 performance at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships on Nov. 4...Clocked a time of 26:47.7 and was 25th overall in the 8K at the CAA Cross Country Championships on Oct. 28...Led the Phoenix at the VertCross Invitational with a time of 26:29.3 in the men's 8K...Ran a time of 19:56.9 in the 6K at the Elon Opener.

2016
Competed in six meets on the year...Was the runner-up at the Elon Invitational with a time of 27:07.8 and earned the CAA Runner of the Week...Had a season-best 8K time of 26:00.5 at the Louisville Classic...Clocked a 27:17.7 at the CAA Cross Country Championships...Ran a 32.24.2 in the 10K at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.

Member of the Robbinsville High School cross country and track and field team under head coaches Martine McGrath (XC) and Jonathon Hutchinson (track)...Four-year letterwinner in cross country and a team captain during his senior year...Also a three-year letterwinner in indoor track and a four-year letterwinner in outdoor track...A two-time first team all-conference honoree in cross country during his junior and senior seasons...Also earned first team All-County as a senior in cross country and second team honors as a junior...Named second team All-State as a senior...Also a member of the National Honor Society, World Language Honor Society.
