2021 CAA Football Coaches Press Conference
Coach Tony Trisciani will take part in the CAA Zoom press conference every Monday at 11:20 am. This press conference will be recorded by the CAA for those members of the media who are unable to attend. Media can obtain access to the press conference by contacting Jason Knavel at jknavel@elon.edu or by text/phone at 814-464-5009.
Elon Football Live
Coach Tony Trisciani and Taylor Durham, the Voice of the Phoenix, return in 2021 for Elon Football Live. Elon Football Live takes place every Thursday (with the exception of a few conflicts) from 6-7 p.m. at Magerk's Pub and Grill. The show can be heard exclusively online via Elon Sports Vision and The Varsity Network app. The complete schedule is listed below.

2021 Media Policies -- SUBJECT TO CHANGE
CREDENTIALS
Requests for working press credentials should be made through our online portal located by
CLICKING HERE. Questions can be made by reaching out to Jason Knavel (jknavel@elon.edu) in the Elon Department of Athletic Communications. Requests should be made at least one week in advance. Late requests will be honored if space is available, but cannot be guaranteed. Scouts and non-working media will be seated if space is available, dependent on league and national rules. (NOTE: Due to COVID-19 and other factors, the credential policy is subject to change, and press box seating and field access may be EXTREMELY limited)
WEEKLY INFORMATION
Media members can access Elon information via the internet at ElonPhoenix.com. Weekly game notes and statistics will be updated regularly. A PDF version of releases and statistics can be e-mailed to those outlets which would prefer to receive this information on a regular basis. Please notify the Elon Athletics Communications Office (jknavel@elon.edu) if you would like to be put on our media e-mail list(s).
WEEKLY PRESS CONFERENCES
Football coach Tony Trisciani will take part in the CAA's weekly press conference via Zoom, open to all members of the media. Media members interested in joining the call should contact Jason Knavel (jknavel@elon.edu). These press conferences will be recorded by the CAA for any members of the media unable to attend.
PLAYER INTERVIEWS
Elon Athletic Communications strives to provide multiple opportunities for media to conduct interviews with student-athletes and coaches. Often, interviews can be conducted following an open practice. Please allow at least 24 hours to set up interviews with players. Arrangements can be made for telephone and video interviews at a time that is mutually agreeable to the reporter/broadcaster and the athlete, should there be a scheduling conflict. Due to COVID-19 policies, media interviews may be conducted via phone or Zoom.
PARKING
Media parking is available in the media lot at the Schar Center (

CLICK HERE to request credentials), please note that parking is being requested. Members of the media can contact Jason Knavel (jknavel@elon.edu) for any questions.
POST-GAME INTERVIEWS
Coach Trisciani and selected Elon players will be available for post-game interviews, following the normal cooling-off period. Working members of the media interested in taking part in the postgame press conference should contact Jason Knavel at jknavel@elon.edu or by phone/text to 814-464-5009.
PRESS GATE
Media are asked to enter the stadium through the main gate at Rhodes Stadium. All media credentials will be distributed at this location.
MEDIA FIELD POLICY
A media credential provides the holder with access to the press box and the field. Field access should be limited to WORKING photographers, television reporters and media. No interviews may be conducted on the field and any attempt to do so may lead to the loss of your media pass.
PHOTOGRAPHERS
Photo passes for newspaper photographers, television videographers and, under special circumstances, for free-lance photographers, are available from the Elon Athletics Communications Office by filling out our online credential request form by
CLICKING HERE.
PRESS BOX SERVICES
Statistics will not be printed between periods and postgame books will be available to working members of the media. Members of the media can stay up-to-date on statistics via Elon's live stats service, available through links on the football schedule page at ElonPhoenix.com. Printed flip cards will be available. The Elon press box does have wireless internet connections for all members of the media.
RADIO AND TELEVISION
Space will be made available for the official visiting radio station. Space is limited in booths. Complementary phone lines and ethernet connections are available in the radio booths. Anyone wishing to televise a game from Rhodes Stadium should contact the Elon Athletics Communications Office at least ONE MONTH prior to the game, and preferably before the start of the season. CAA Football makes final decisions on all television requests through their television/streaming partner contracts.
LIVE STREAMING
Live streaming of Elon football practices or games is not permitted. The use of live streaming software/apps is prohibited while covering Elon Football, unless prior permission is obtained from the Elon Athletic Communications staff.
