Elon University Athletics

If you or your child is a returning Elon University student-athlete, all tasks below will need to be completed prior to participation. Please contact your athletic trainer with questions.

• ARMS Forms: Elon University utilizes the ARMS platform for sports medicine and compliance forms along with communication to student-athletes. Log in with your Elon email and password. The sports medicine forms will be assigned and completed annually.
• Returner Physical: Will be completed annually with athletic trainers. If requested or necessary, student-athletes will be scheduled with Elon University team physicians.
• Immunizations: Elon University students must be up to date on immunizations when enrolled. If non-compliant with certain immunizations, you will be contacted to receive and upload documentation. This is a university requirement; please contact immunizations@elon.edu with questions.
• Student Health Insurance Requirement: All full-time Elon University students are required to maintain health insurance and must provide proof via completion of waiver or enrollment in the Student Blue plan. This is a university requirement; please contact healthinsurance@elon.edu with questions.
