Played in nine games with one start for the Phoenix before an injury cut short his season • Averaged 1.3 points and 2.2 rebounds while playing 8.0 minutes per game • Scored six points with six rebounds and three blocked shots in his lone start of the season versus Erskine on Nov. 7 • Tied his season-high with six rebounds while playing a season-best 15 minutes while scoring four points versus Johnson & Wales (Charlotte) • Played 14 minutes and grabbed three boards in his final appearance of the season at Presbyterian on Dec. 15.

REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2021-22)
Appeared in 18 games throughout the season • Finished the year with totals of 60 points, 42 rebounds and 10 blocks in 155 minutes of action • Posted averages of 3.3 points and 2.3 rebounds in 8.6 minutes, before upping his averages to 4.4 ppg and 3.2 rpg in conference play • His 10 blocks ranked as the second most on the team • Led the team with two blocks in his Elon debut against Florida on Nov. 9 • Logged his first career double-double against Hofstra, dropping 16 points and 10 rebounds, while also posting career-highs in minutes (23), field goals (5) and free throws (6) • Dropped eight points and eight rebounds in 13 minutes of action at home against Hofstra on Feb. 15 • Ranked second on the team in field goal percentage at 55.3 percent

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2020-21) - MISSISSIPPI STATE
Junkin appeared in four games and saw action in 11 minutes of court time … Averaged 1.0 points and 0.3 blocks per game … Scored his first career basket on his 21st birthday against Jackson State (Dec. 8) … Chipped in two points and a block versus Iowa State (Jan. 30) … Final appearance came against Louisiana Tech (March 27) in NIT Semifinals … Transferred to Elon following the 2020-21 season.
 
REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2019-20) - MISSISSIPPI STATE
Junkin saw action in three games and logged five minutes of court time … Made his career debut versus New Orleans (Nov. 17) … Recorded a block at Coastal Carolina (Nov. 24) … Appeared in first career SEC game against Missouri (Jan. 14).
 
FRESHMAN (2018-19) - MISSISSIPPI STATE
Junkin elected to redshirt the 2018-19 season and has four years of eligibility remaining starting in 2019-20.

Prepped at New Hope High School under Drew McBrayer where he averaged 11.3 points, 8.3 rebounds and 4.1 blocks per game as a senior … Improved his averages to 15.0 points and 13.5 rebounds per game in Class 4A state tournament during senior season … Played AAU circuit for Da House Mississippi … Solid student who carried a 3.9 GPA in high school .. Passed on Division I scholarship offers to walk-on at Mississippi State.
