 Won her third straight CAA championship in the 1,500-meters after racing with a time of 4:26.34...Earned All-CAA honors in the 5,000-meters after coming in second at the CAA Championships with a personal-record time of 17:06.10...Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 1,500-meters and set a school-record time of 4:17.68 in the opening round prelims...Finished 19th overall in the quarterfinal round of the 1,500-meters at the NCAA East Prelims with a time of 4:24.68...Took first in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:22.79 at the Charlotte Invitational...Won the 3,000-meter race at the JMU Invitational with a time of 9:48.72.

2019-20
Indoor:
Won the event title in the one-mile run at the ECAC Indoor Championships clocking a time of 4:48.91...Set a new personal-record in the 3,000-meters with her time of 9:42.78 at the Carolina Challenge and finished as the runner-up...Competed with the distance medley relay at the Carolina Challenge and helped the group to a time of 11:57.67 to win the event...Helped the 4x800-meter relay team to a third-place standing at the ECAC Indoor Championships with a time of 8:58.92, the second-fastest in school history.

Outdoor: Did not compete due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19
Indoor:
Clocked the second-fastest time in school history in the one-mile run with a time of 4:47.61 at the ECAC Indoor Championships...Won the 3,000-meters at the Wake Forest Invitational with a season-best time of 9:54.92...Took gold in the 3,000-meters at the Liberty Kickoff with a time of 9:56.83...Competed in the distance medley relay at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational and helped the group finish fifth with a school-record time of 11:40.04.

Outdoor: Won the 1,500-meters at the CAA Championships after racing a time of 4:34.25...Was the runner-up in the 5,000-meters at the CAA Championships with a time of 17:34.14...Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 1,500-meters and ran a season-best time of 4:19.75 at the meet...Won the 1,500-meters at the ECAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 4:20.26...Earned All-CAA honors in the 1,500-meters and 5,000-meters

2017-18
Indoor:
 Posted the second-fastest time in school history in the one-mile run with a time of 4:51.12 at the ECAC Indoor Championships (3/2) and finished fourth overall...Posted the third-fastest time in school history in the 1,000-meters with her time of 2:55.58 at the Liberty Kickoff (1/26) and ninth...Won the one-mile run at the Liberty Elite Invitational (2/10) with a time of 4:56.80...Member of the Phoenix's 4x800 and distance medley relay teams that took medalist honors at the VMI Keydet Invitational.

Outdoor: Won the CAA Championship in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:40.54 at the league meet on May 5...Set a new personal-record in the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:25.29 at the Duke Invitational (4/20), the second-fastest time in school history...Also set a new personal-record in the 800-meters with her time of 2:11.24 at the Duke Invitational, moving into the top-five in school history...Was fourth in the 5,000-meters with a time of 17:38.33 at the CAA Championships.

2016-17
Indoor: Ran the third-fastest time in school history in the 1,000-meters with a time of 2:59.37 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (1/29)…Qualified for the ECAC Indoor Championships (3/5) in the one-mile and ran a season-best time of 4:51.26 in the race…Helped the Phoenix’s distance medley relay team to a second-place standing at the Wake Forest Invitational (1/21) with a time of 12:09.84…Clocked a time of 2:21.61 in the 800-meters at the Wake Forest Invitational (1/21).
 
Outdoor: Competed at four meets during the outdoor campaign…Broke into the top-five in school history in the 1,500-meters with her time of 4:33.03 at the CAA Outdoor Championships (5/6) where she finished fourth…Had a top-five finish in the 5,000-meters at the CAA Outdoor Championships with her time of 17:13.01…Clocked a season-best time of 2:14.74 in the 800-meters at the Duke Invitational (4/22).

The 2016 CAA Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Year...Finished 12th overall at the CAA Championships with a time of 22:18.35 in the 6K race...Set a personal-best time of 21:44.7 in the 6K at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships...Competed in five meets overall during the season...Clocked a 18:33.6 in the 5K at the Louisville Classic.
