NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Elon men’s basketball team will play in its first-ever Southern Conference Basketball Championship on Monday, March 10 at 9:00 p.m. against Davidson at the North Charleston Coliseum.  The game will air nationally on ESPN2. 

Individual session tickets for the game are $12 and student session tickets are $6 with valid student identification.  Plans for travel to Charleston are not yet complete at this time.  If you have interest in a bus trip, please email Brian Tracy at btracy@elon.edu.

Can’t make it to Charleston – wear your Maroon and Gold and support Elon by watching on ESPN2.  Local fans can listen live on 920 AM – WPCM or online at www.elonphoenix.com.  The game will also be available on Sirius Channel 121. 

Elon dropped two regular-season games to Davidson, falling 59-57 on Jan. 9 and 74-64 on Feb. 6.  Davidson enters the game with an overall record of 25-6 and a 20-0 mark in Southern Conference play.  Elon posts a 14-18 record and a 9-11 ledger in the league.
