SERIES: Sunday marks the 22nd all-time meeting between the Phoenix and Wildcats. Davidson holds an all-time record of 13-7-1 against Elon.

LAST MEETING: Elon and Davidson met earlier this season in Davidson, N.C., on Oct. 20, as the maroon and gold came away with a 4-2 win.

LOOKING BACK: Elon closed the regular season with a 2-2 draw at UNCG on Wednesday night, Oct. 28, in Greensboro, N.C.

LOOKING AHEAD: With a win, Elon or Davidson would advance to the Southern Conference Tournament semifinals on Friday, Nov. 8, in Spartanburg, S.C., to face the winner of third-seeded UNCG and sixth-seeded Wofford at 7:30 p.m. The championship game is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 10, at 1 p.m. on ESPN3.

Chris Neal is in his sixth season as the Elon head women's soccer coach. Last year's Southern Conference Coach of the Year, Neal enters Sunday's match with a career record of 58-31-21.

GOING STREAKING: Elon enters Sunday's match riding an eight-match unbeaten streak (5-0-3). At home, Elon is unbeaten this season at 6-0-3.

IN THE RANKINGS: In the latest NSCAA Southeast Region rankings, the Phoenix entered the top-10 for the first time in school history at No. 10. Nationally, Elon ranks fifth in scoring at 2.72 goals per game.
Nicole Dennion leads the Southern Conference in goals (13) and total points (31).
