Complete List of Award Winners

SKILLMAN, N.J. – Elon University women's tennis senior Barbora Lazarova has been named the Carolina region's recipient of the 2015 ITA/Arthur Ashe Jr., Sportsmanship & Leadership Award, the organization announced on Tuesday, May 12.
 
Each year, the award is given to one male and female player in each of the 12 ITA regions. The award honors players who showed outstanding sportsmanship and leadership, paired with scholastic, extracurricular and tennis achievements.
 
At last night's Elon athletics banquet, Lazarova was honored as the female recipient of the Robert C. Browne Memorial Sportsmanship Award, which is presented annually to one male and one female athlete at Elon who best displays exemplary qualities of sportsmanship, which is determined by the Elon Department of Athletics administrative staff. Lazarova was also named the women's tennis MVP after an outstanding senior campaign.
