ELON, N.C. – The defending CAA regular-season champion Elon University baseball program and 2019 CAA Coach of the Year
Mike Kennedy announced the team's 2020 schedule on Thursday, Dec. 5. The upcoming season features 33 games at Latham Park and meetings with seven teams that made it to the 2019 NCAA Championship Super Regionals.
Â
"We are very excited about the start of the 2020 season and the challenges facing our ball club," said coach Kennedy. "This schedule will present us with some great opportunities to play against some of the top programs in the country. Three-game series against Indiana State and Illinois highlight a very difficult non-conference schedule that includes North Carolina, NC State, ECU, and Wake among others. We have a good mix of young and experienced players that will be tested very early and often! This should without question have us ready for an always challenging CAA schedule!"
Â
Season tickets for the upcoming season are on sale now and can be purchased for $60. Tickets are available online or contact the Elon Ticket Office at 336-278-6750.
