RICHMOND, Va. – The Colonial Athletic Association announced on Tuesday morning, May 19, that the 2021 CAA Baseball Championship will be held at Brooks Field on the campus of UNCW and the 2022 CAA Baseball Championship will be conducted at Latham Park on the campus of Elon University.

UNCW was scheduled to host the CAA Baseball Championship in 2020, followed by Elon in 2021. With the cancellation of the current season due to Covid-19, the conference's athletics directors voted to make the adjustments to the future championship slate.

Brooks Field has hosted the league's postseason tournament on 13 occasions, including a run of eight straight seasons from 2004 through 2011. Elon will be hosting the CAA championship for the first time in 2022.

Before Elon hosts the 2022 CAA Baseball Championship, Schar Center will play host to the 2021 CAA Women's Basketball Championship next March after the 2020 tournament this year at Schar Center was canceled just two games into the championship.
