ELON, N.C. – The Colonial Athletic Association has announced the pairings for the 2022 CAA Women's Tennis Championship, which will be held April 29-May 1 at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Center on the campus of Elon University in Elon, N.C.

After finishing the regular season winning six of its last eight matches and earning a 15-8 overall record, Elon will enter the tournament as a No. 4 seed and take on fifth-seeded UNCW on Friday, April 29, at 10 a.m. The winner of that contest will return to action the following day, April 30, for an 11 a.m. matchup with the winner of top-seeded Charleston versus eighth-seeded Hofstra in the semifinals.

The other semifinals match is set for a 2 p.m. start on Saturday, with the two semifinals winners facing off at 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, for the conference title and an automatic bid to the NCAA Women's Tennis Championship.

Attendance at the CAA Women's Tennis Championship is free. In the event of inclement weather, matches will be moved to Piedmont Indoor Courts in Greensboro, N.C.
