RICHMOND, Va. – Senior Ben Zipay and junior Juan Sengariz have been chosen as the CAA Doubles Team of the Week for the second time this season, as announced by the conference on Tuesday. 
 
In Elon's win against No. 68 William & Mary on March 25, Sengariz and Zipay clinched a crucial doubles point for the Phoenix with a 7-5 victory at the No. 1 spot against Bill Duo and Konstantinos Raptis. After taking doubles, Elon held on to defeat the Tribe 4-3 for the program's first ever road triumph against William & Mary.
 
Sengariz and Zipay are 8-5 on the season together and have appeared at the No. 1 spot in each of Elon's last four contests. They have won at least one match at all three doubles spots and are 4-1 at the No. 1 position. 
 
The duo previously took home the honor on Feb. 13 after picking up a doubles win against then No. 25 North Carolina in Chapel Hill. This is the third time this season an Elon tandem has won the weekly award, as Oskar Antinheimo and Jack Curtis also earned the honor on March 5. 
 
Elon will play two more tough opponents this week, starting with a home match against Charlotte on Thursday, followed by a road trip to No. 45 Liberty on Sunday.
