Elon, N.C. – Following an appearance in the 2024 CAA Tournament semifinals, the Elon University lacrosse team has released its 2025 schedule. The Phoenix will play nine of 16 regular season games at Rudd Field prior to the CAA Tournament May 1-3.
COMPLETE 2025 ELON LACROSSE SCHEDULE
Elon will take part in an exhibition game at North Carolina on Jan. 25 to kick off 2025 before playing its regular season opener at Duke on Feb. 7 at 3:00 p.m. Following the Duke contest, the Phoenix is home for five straight.
Elon hosts Queens for the home opener on Feb. 12 at 5:00 p.m. before hosting East Carolina on Feb. 15 at noon. Virginia Tech visits Rudd Field on Feb. 19 at 5:00 p.m. and then VCU comes to Elon on Feb. 22 at noon. The Phoenix concludes the homestand by hosting Notre Dame on March 2 at 11:00 a.m.
The next three games are on the road as Elon plays at Coastal Carolina (March 8) and at High Point (March 12). The Phoenix opens CAA action at Monmouth on March 15, beginning a stretch of eight straight league games to close the regular season.
On March 23, Elon will host Hofstra at 11:00 a.m. before hosting Campbell for Senior Day six days later on March 29 at 1:00 p.m.
Elon opens the month of April at Delaware on April 4 before returning home to face defending CAA champion Stony Brook on April 11 at 5:00 p.m. The Phoenix heads to William & Mary April 13 before returning home to host Towson on April 19 at noon. Elon's regular season ends at Drexel on April 26 at noon.
A year ago, Elon went 9-8 overall and 5-3 in CAA action. The Phoenix made five win improvements both overall and in conference play, earning a trip to the CAA semifinals.
