ABOUT THE PHOENIX
  • Elon has a record of 7-3, with their most recent match being a 4-1 loss to No. 37 Furman.
  • The Phoenix holds an overall doubles record of 18-10 and a singles record of 39-14.
  • Sophomore duo Mariana Reding and Simone Bergeron hold a doubles team record of 6-2.
  • Additionally, power duo Helen Sarikulaya and Miray Konar are 4-3.
  • Throughout the season, the Phoenix has had nine different doubles team pairings with some players playing with up to four different teammates.
  • Sophomore Simone Bergeron holds the best individual doubles record of 8-2.
  • The Phoenix has had some exciting singles matches, and freshman Lisa Kranec has significantly contributed. Kranec holds a singles record of 8-1, the best on the team. That mark includes three consecutive straight set victories entering Saturday's match, not allowing an opponent to win more than three games in any set.
  • Kranec's .889 singles win percentage is the best for an Elon player since Olivia Archer went 18-2 (.900) in 2022-23. Miray Konar also went 8-1 (.889) in singles play that season.
  • Additionally, with notable singles performances, junior Madison Cordisco holds a singles record of 6-1. Having played only two singles matches last season due to injury, Cordisco has taken advantage of every second on the court.
  • Cordisco now has 29 career doubles wins, leaving her just five shy of breaking into Elon's Division I top 15.
  • Miray Konar is the only player undefeated in singles, having played four singles matches.
  • 300 career wins is on the horizon for head coach Elizabeth Anderson, as her current total is 296 wins. Ashe Ray assists Anderson.

  • The Bulldogs are 1-3 on the season, and their most recent match was a 4-2 loss to Charleston Southern University.
  • SC State ended the 2024 season with a record of 16-5.
