Williams' effort highlight an Elon rushing attack that totaled 288 rushing yards in the CAA victory. It was the Phoenix's most rushing yards in a CAA game since tallying 319 against Rhode Island in 2018. The Phoenix currently ranks second in the CAA with just over 192 rushing yards per game.
Williams shared the CAA's weekly offensive award with Maine quarterback Carter Peevy.
