- RJ Latkowski has been one of the top closers in college baseball to open the season. Latkowski currently leads the Phoenix and is tied for eighth nationally with three saves.
- The bullpen trio of Sam Nomura, Latkowski and Mike Staiano has been one of the best in the nation. The three have combined for more than 25 innings of relief through 12 games and allowed just two runs.
- Senior Jackson Alford has continued his All-CAA form from 2025 to start this season, leading the Phoenix in most offensive categories through 12 games. He most recently had a multi-hit game with a stolen base on Tuesday at No. 8 North Carolina.
- Jake Hajdu has also picked up where he finished the 2025 season with a strong start to his sophomore campaign. Through 12 games, Hajdu has racked up 11 RBI, good enough for fourth in the CAA. Hajdu was named to the Brooks Wallace Award Watch List by the College Baseball Foundation earlier this week.
- Veteran pitcher Brian Strange has cemented himself as Elon's Friday night starter. Despite earning a no-decision last Friday against Fairfield, Strange had one of the best starts of his Division I career, throwing six innings and allowed only one run on two hits.
