ELON – The Elon men's golf team returns to action this week at the Surf Club Invitational, hosted by Appalachian State at Surf Golf & Beach Club in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The two-day, 54-hole event begins Monday with a 19-team field.
 
Rounds 1 and 2 will be played Monday, beginning with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. ET. The same five Phoenix who earned a fourth-place finish at the Dorado Beach Collegiate two weeks ago return to the lineup, including freshman Dylan Lewis, who was named CAA Golfer of the Week after tying for third at 4-under 212 in the previous event.
