Elon’s 2026-27 CAA Men’s Basketball Opponents Unveiled

Conference Slate Includes Home Games Against Four Of Top-Five Finishers In 2025-26

RICHMOND, Va. – Elon's conference opponents for the 2026-27 Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) men's basketball season were unveiled Wednesday, highlighted by home games against four of the top-five finishers in last year's regular-season standings.

Elon will face each of the other 12 CAA members as part of an 18-game conference schedule. The Phoenix will play home and away games against six opponents, including Campbell, Hampton, North Carolina A&T, UNCW, Stony Brook and William & Mary. The schedule will feature home-only contests against Hofstra, Monmouth and Northeastern, as well as away-only matchups at Charleston, Drexel and Towson.

North Carolina A&T and William & Mary are designated as Elon's "permanent opponents", to preserve regional rivalries and geographic ties.

The CAA announced that conference games will primarily be slated for a Thursday/Saturday schedule with some contests played on Sundays and Mondays. CAA matchups will be available on FloCollege, CBS Sports Network and local television partners throughout the league's footprint. The semifinals and finals of the CAA Men's Basketball Championship will be televised on CBS Sports Network.

Further schedule details including dates, times and specific streaming/television designations will be announced at a later date.
