ELON - The Elon volleyball team and head coach
Matt Troy announced the Phoenix's 2026 schedule on Tuesday. The 28-match slate features two away tournaments and 12 matches hosted at Schar Center.
Elon opens the campaign at the Quest for the Crown Tournament on Aug. 28-29, hosted at Old Dominion. The Phoenix faces St. John's before taking on Norfolk State and Old Dominion.
After a road match at UNC Asheville on Sept. 1, the Phoenix travels to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to compete in its second tournament of the season at Duquesne on Sept. 4-5. Elon faces Robert Morris, Duquesne and Eastern Michigan at the tournament.
The Phoenix hosts Appalachian State on Sept. 8, kicking off a five-match homestand at Schar Center. Elon welcomes Davidson on Sept. 11 and USC Upstate on Sept. 12 before beginning CAA play against Charleston on Sept. 19-20.
A visit to Hampton on Sept. 24-25 wraps up the month of September for the Maroon and Gold. Elon then returns home for a matchup against Stony Brook on Oct. 2-3 before traveling north to Boston for a pair of contests at Northeastern on Oct. 9-10.
The Phoenix continues to alternate between home and away matches for the next four weekends, hosting William & Mary on Oct. 16-17 and Campbell on Oct. 30-31 while traveling to UNCW on Oct. 23-24 and North Carolina A&T on Nov. 6-7.
The 2026 campaign concludes with a pair of nonconference matches, beginning with a home contest against Gardner-Webb on Nov. 10 before Elon travels to North Carolina Central on Nov. 12.
Admission to all Elon home matches at Schar Center is free.
