KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Elon men's basketball program earned the 2025-26 NABC Team Academic Excellence Award, while five Phoenix student-athletes were selected to the NABC Honors Court, the National Association of Basketball Coaches announced Wednesday.

Austin Williams (finance),
Bryson Spell (business analytics),
Isaac Harrell (marketing),
Ned Hull (sport management) and
Savion Taylor (finance) represented Elon on the Honors Court.

The NABC Team Academic Excellence Award recognizes men's basketball programs that completed the 2025-26 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher. The Honors Court recognizes junior, senior and graduate student-athletes who finished the academic year with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.2.

Elon was one of more than 400 programs across all levels of college basketball to receive the Team Academic Excellence Award, while more than 2,300 student-athletes nationwide were named to the Honors Court.

The NABC presents its academic awards annually to recognize achievement in the classroom by men's college basketball programs and student-athletes.
