2008-09: Freshman all-conference team member in the hammer throw…Best throw of her career in the hammer was 117’6.25” at the SoCon Championship…Also competed in the discus.

High School: Team captain during the 2007-08 year…Set the school record in the discus throw at East Chapel Hill…Placed seventh at the state track meet…Named her school’s MVP…Earned East Chapel Hill High School Honor Scholar honors.
