2008-09: Did not compete…2007-08: Ran an 11:31.88 in the 3,000-meter run at the UNC Invitational…Posted a career-best 19:59.49 at the SoCon Championship.

Outdoor:
2008-09:Ran a 5:21.17 in the 1,500-meter run at the Liberty Invitational…2007-08: Ran a 20:33.52 in the 5,000-meter run at the Coastal Carolina Invitational.

Cross Country
2008: Did not compete…2007: Competed in all six meets as a freshman…Ran a 16:26 at the Western Carolina Classic…Finished with a time of 19:49 at the Wake Forest Relays…Ran a career-best 21:20 in the 5K at the Blue Ridge Open…Clocked a 21:23.5 at the Disney Classic.
