Fall 2010: Won the ITA Summer Circuit event at North Carolina over the summer, posting victories over foes from East Carolina, Virginia Tech, College of Charleston and an Elon teammate • notched two singles wins at the UNCG Invitational • won the B1 Singles Draw of the Elon Fall Invitational, winning all four matches in straight sets.
2009-10: Was a combined 6-13 in singles action while logging time at numbers four, five and six • combined for a 15-5 doubles record, including going 15-3 with Philip Nemec at number two • won 15 consecutive matches when paired with Nemec • collected second-team All-SoCon accolades in doubles • was a winner at number two doubles in Elon’s match at No. 60 College of Charleston • went 2-0 in singles at the Elon Invitational • paired with Clark Howell to win the Flight B Doubles bracket at the UNC Wilmington Fall Invite • also advanced to the semifinals of his singles bracket at UNCW.
2008-09: Picked up several non-conference singles victories for the Phoenix, including wins over opponents from Charlotte and North Florida • defeated Joe Nicolazzi in straight sets to help lift Elon over CofC in the SoCon semifinals • earned a 7-2 league mark with doubles partner Alberto Rojas • duo also won two matches in SoCon Tournament • tandem won eight straight during the season • earned a 4-4 mark in fall singles play • defeated Zach Watson of Radford in the UNC Invitational • posted a 4-2 fall doubles record with teammate Carlin Murray • duo defeated David Masciorini and Akash Gujarati of East Carolina en route to making the finals of the UNC Invitational • Academic All-SoCon honoree and ITA Scholar-Athlete.
2007-08: Finished 1-1 in singles play during the spring • posted a 4-2 doubles mark in conference play with partner Chase Helpingstine • recorded a 5-2 singles record in the fall • won the consolation singles title in the UVa Invitational Gray Bracket • received ITA Scholar-Athlete accolades.
Prep: Won the 2006 2A state singles title • led Carolina Day School to the team state championship in 2006 • named the Western North Carolina Player of the Year his junior year • won multiple team MVP honors • member of the National Honor Society.
