At Polk CC: Posted a 7-3 record along with a 3.21 ERA in 18 appearances … Struck out 60 and walked just 27 in 81.1 innings … Fanned seven hitters against both Palm Beach State and Manatee-Sarasota in his sophomore campaign  … Earned first-team All-Suncoast Conference honors … A President’s List honoree.

At Hampden-Sydney: Made three relief appearances, striking out four in 2.2 innings.

Prep: Played high school baseball at Woodberry Forest School in Virginia for Henry Heil … Team captain and team MVP as a senior … Claimed all-prep honors as a senior … Three-year starter.
