Biography

2008: Team captain...Can play up the middle or at third base...Has battled nagging injuries throughout his career...Had his best fall in an Elon uniform...A great team leader who his teammates respond to...Will be used in a number of roles. 

2007: Started 21 games and appeared in 50 total contests...Scored 22 runs and drove in 14 runs...Was successful on all six of his stolen base attempts...Tied a career-high with three RBI against Appalachian State. 

2006: Appeared in four games before sitting out the rest of the season with an injury...Scored two runs. 2005: Hit .262 over 44 games as a red-shirt freshman... Scored 33 runs and drove in 27 while posting a .376 slugging percentage...Went 3-for-4 with his first career home run and also scored four runs and drove in three in a 20-5 win over Columbia...Recorded his first career hit during a 3-for-4 day at Auburn in which he also scored three runs and knocked in one...Posted 10 multi-hit games and a season long hitting streak of six games. 

2004: Earned a red-shirt. 

Accolades:  Rated the 14th-best prospect in North Carolina by Baseball America...All-conference and All-Mecklenburg County selection...Participated in the  State Games of North Carolina.
