Spring 2018 (Redshirt Senior): Though only playing one singles match, posted a second-straight standout doubles campaign with Mario Paccini, going 11-5 overall with a 10-5 record with Paccini on the way to earning First Team All-CAA…Played all 15 doubles matches with Paccini at No. 1 and beat UNC Asheville’s 38th-ranked duo of Patten and Olly Cull 6-2…Went on a run with Paccini in which the two lost just once from Jan. 26 to March 28…Won his lone singles match against North Carolina A&T’s Hayden Faulkenbury 6-1, 6-1.
Fall 2017 (Redshirt Senior): Posted a 6-2 singles record while going 5-2 in doubles with three different partners…Won the B doubles titles at the Duke James Bonk Invite with Salvador Mijares…Earned two more doubles wins at the Spartan Fall Invitational with Felipe Osses-Konig…Won the Powell singles title at the Elon Invitational by beating Ian Melnik of UNCG, Jorge Bartra of North Carolina A&T, Easton Thomas of College of Charleston and Will Bissett of East Carolina…Picked up two more wins in the ITA Carolina Regionals consolation bracket.
Spring 2017 (Redshirt Junior): Had a stellar 14-2 record in doubles action over the course of the spring season…Went 0-2 in singles play early in the season…Played only with Salvador Mijares in doubles, earning an 8-2 record at No. 3 before moving up to No. 2 to go 6-0…Finished the season on a 14-match unbeaten streak dating back to Feb. 18…Started the season 1-2 through four matches before rattling off 13 wins with one unfinished match throughout the remainder of the year…Beat opponents by the score of 6-2 or better on eight occasions…Started the year ranked No. 42 in the preseason ITA doubles poll with Mijares…Named CAA Doubles Team of the Week on March 21…Picked up Second Team All-CAA Doubles honors after the season.
Fall 2016 (Redshirt Junior): Went 6-3 in singles action while going 8-4 in doubles play… Had a successful ITA Carolina Regional in doubles with Salvador Mijares, making a trip to the quarterfinals after posting wins over three opponents, including a highly-ranked duo from North Carolina in the Round of 16…Posted a 2-1 record in Cannon Singles play at the ECU Shootout with wins over players from College of Charleston and East Carolina…Won two consolation singles matches in the B1 draw of the Elon Invitational…Earned two wins to reach the semifinals of the Wolfpack Invitational White Singles draw…In doubles, won both matches played in the Elon Invitational B2 draw with Felipe Osses-Konig…Went to the finals of the Wolfpack Invitational Red Doubles draw with Mario Paccini but fell to a duo from Duke.
Spring 2016 (Redshirt Sophomore): Member of 2016 CAA All-Academic Team…Finished with a 2-0 record in singles with victories over Jesus Gill of Barton College and Carlton Tugman of Bluefield College…Finished with a 6-8 record in doubles…Played primarily with Salvador Mijares...Had their biggest doubles win of the year, beating the duo of Javier Jover Maestre and Jose Nunez Navarro of No. 28 Old Dominion, 6-4.
Fall 2015 (Redshirt Sophomore): Finished with a 2-5 record in singles play...Went 1-2 at both the ECU Shootout and the NC State Invitational, and 0-1 in the Duke James Bonk Invitational...Finished with a 2-4 record in doubles action...Posted doubles records of 1-1 at the ECU Shootout and 1-1 at the NC State Invitational...Reached the final of his doubles flights with Taylor Foote before losing to the Campbell Duo of Giorgi Datashvilli and Gerard Sola 8-3…Competed in the Duke James Bonk Invitational, where he was 0-2.
Spring 2015 (Redshirt Freshman): Port finished out the singles season with a 3-2 record…Port finished out the doubles season with a 4-4 record, with wins over East Carolina’s Nicolas Soriano & Damien Brenard (6-1) with teammate Chris Humphreys.
Fall 2014 (Redshirt Freshman): Port finished his singles play with a win over Old Dominion’s David Botti (6-3, 6-3)…Port went 6-3 in his doubles season going 4-0 with teammate Chris Humphreys, the pair defeated Charlotte’s Alex Calott and Carl Solik (8-4).
2013-14 (Freshman): Redshirted.
Major: Graduated with a degree in Finance and remained at Elon pursuing his Master's of Business Administration.
Prep: Earned all-conference, all-league and all-section honors all four years at Horace Greeley...Was ranked as high as No. 10 in the 16's Boys Eastern Section and as high as No. 192 nationally in the 16 Boys.
