Personal: Daniel Mackin Albrittain is the son of former Virginia Tech and Utah State football player Chris and Margaret Albrittain. Majoring in Marketing. Born January 21, 1999.

2021: Did not make an appearance.

2020: Had four appearances, a 3.00 ERA, and an 0-0 record through 3.0 innings pitched. He allowed one run on two hits and five walks while striking out four. He held opposing batters to a .182 average...Had a pair of punch outs in 1.1 innings of relief vs. Illinois. 

2019: Was 0-1 with a 27.00 ERA across four appearances and one start...Struck put a pair of batters through 1.2 innings pitched...Recorded a punch out and didn't allow a hit in 0.1 innings of relief versus Wagner.

2018: Made seven appearances, including one start…Went 1-0 with a 4.00 ERA…Struck out six hitters in 9.0 innings…Made his collegiate debut by tossing 2.0 shutout innings against Appalachian State…Earned the first win of his career after tossing 2.1 shutout innings in a start at UNCG.

Prep: Two-time honorable mention Washington Post All-Metro selection … Claimed all-conference honors in both 2016 and 2017 … Named second-team all-state as a senior … Helped coach Eric Crozier's team to back-to-back conference titles in 2016 and 2017.
