LYNCHBURG, VA -- The Lady Flames shut down Elon Friday night with scores of 15-2, 15-11 and 15-4 for a straight game victory.

Elon (12-17, 3-7) was led by Laura Griffin who tallied nine kills and two digs. Emerald Zemedkun added 24 assists and three digs, while Eli Mould recorded 12 digs for the match.

Liberty (10-17, 6-4) was led by Rachel Harnack who notched 11 kills, three block assists and eight digs.

The Phoenix will return to action tomorrow when they travel to Radford to battle the Highlanders at 2 pm.
