NORMAN, Okla. -- Elon senior 
Phil Bartholomew has been named one of 119 NCAA Division I players on the 2010 Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholars Team which was announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).
    
  To be eligible for this honor, individuals must be a junior or senior academically, compete in at least two full years at the collegiate level, participate in 70 percent of the team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 76.0 and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.  A recipient must also be of high moral character and in good standing at his institution.
   
  Bartholomew boasts a 3.257 GPA as a business administration major with a concentration in finance.  Over 11 tournaments, Bartholomew played 31 rounds with an average score of 74.94.  His best finish during his senior campaign was a tie for fifth at the Mizuno Savannah Intercollegiate where he shot a 213 (-3) in October.  Bartholomew also posted top-20 individual finishes at the Sea Trail Men's Intercollegiate (T20th) in September and the Southern Conference Championship (T15th) in April.
