CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Julie Hart set a new school record in the 800-meter run at the Dick Taylor Tar Heels Relays at Fetzer Field on the campus of UNC. The freshman finished fifth after posting a time of 2:11.81, breaking the previous record of 2:11.88 set in 2006.
