ELON, N.C. – The Elon University women's soccer team will travel to William & Mary for its regular-season finale on Saturday, April 10 at 3 p.m.

THE SERIES
-The Tribe leads the overall series, 3-2-1.
-Elon won the last meeting between the two teams (3-2), which occurred on Oct. 3, 2019.
 
ABOUT ELON
-Elon is 3-3 (2-1 CAA) on the season.
-The maroon and gold registered its third victory of the season on Saturday, April 3 when it recorded a 1-0 win over Charleston. Abby Fusca scored the only goal of the game in the 33rd minute on her first and only shot on goal to give Elon the lead and eventually the win. Jessica Carrieri was given the assist.
-The Phoenix have now held two Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) opponents to no shots on goal, James Madison and Charleston.  
-Elon is led by third-year head coach Neil Payne.
 
SCOUTING WILLIAM & MARY
-The Tribe comes into the game with a 0-2-3 (0-1-2 CAA) record.
-William & Mary tied James Madison in its last match, 2-2. The Tribe had a 2-0 lead, but the Dukes found the back of the net twice in the final eight minutes of regulation to force overtime.
-The head coach of the Tribe is Julie Shackford.

Following the conclusion of the regular season, the top four teams in the conference (top two teams in each division) will advance to the CAA Championship, which is set to take place on April 15-17 at Towson.
