Tendler, who will begin her 20th season at the helm of Elon Volleyball in 2022, led the program to one of its best seasons ever in 2021. The team advanced to its first conference tournament final in NCAA Division I history, taking No. 1 seed Towson to five sets in the championship match. Elon's 17 wins are the most since 2016.
