ELON – The Elon University women's tennis team announced its 2025 fall schedule Friday, which includes three home tournaments at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Center. 

The Phoenix opens the fall season at home, hosting the Jimmy Powell Invitational from Sept. 19-20. Elon is home again on Oct. 3-4 for the Elon Fall Invitational before competing at ITA Regionals in Chapel Hill from Oct. 16-20.

The Phoenix will then close out the fall season at the Jimmy Powell Tennis Center for the Phoenix Fall Invitational from Oct. 31-Nov. 2.

The Phoenix returns to the courts this fall after a standout 2024-25 campaign. Elon won its first CAA championship in the spring, the first conference title for the Phoenix since 2014. The team boasted a 19-6 record last spring with a 15-2 mark at home. The team has posted at least 13 wins in 14 consecutive seasons under head coach Elizabeth Anderson, who begins her 22nd year at the helm of the Phoenix.
