ELON – The Elon women's track & field team will compete across three consecutive days this weekend with the Aggie Classic in Greensboro on Friday and Saturday, followed by the Duke Twilight in Durham on Sunday. The two events mark Elon's final regular-season competitions before hosting the CAA Championships on May 15-16.
 
The Phoenix will focus primarily on field and short-distance events at the Aggie Classic, hosted by North Carolina A&T at the Marcus T. Johnson Track Complex, while its distance group will head to Duke's Morris Williams Stadium on Sunday.

ELITE UNDER ELLISTON
Elon Director of Track & Field and Cross Country Mark Elliston is in his 20th season at the helm of the Phoenix. Under his guidance, Elon has captured a combined eight CAA titles in indoor and outdoor track & field, along with four runner-up finishes. A six-time CAA Women's Outdoor Track & Field Coach of the Year, Elliston and his staff led the Phoenix to the 2025 CAA outdoor title – the program's fourth in the past five seasons – and saw 10 athletes collect All-CAA accolades.
