NORMAN, Okla. – Elon men's golfer Jack Wieler was named a 2025-26 NCAA Division I Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar, the Golf Coaches Association of America announced Monday. Wieler, a rising senior, earned the honor for the second consecutive year.
 
To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically in NCAA Division I. In addition, they must participate in 50% of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 76.0 in NCAA Division I, and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university.
 
Wieler led the Coastal Athletic Association with a 70.40 stroke average and recorded six top-10 finishes across 10 events played during the 2025-26 season. The Bluffton, South Carolina, native earned All-CAA Second Team honors at the conclusion of the season and went on to earn his undergraduate degree in finance in May.
 
Elon has had at least one All-America Scholar in 11 of the past 13 years under Elon Director of Golf Don Hill's watch.
