ELON – Ten regular-season tournaments across six states highlight the Elon men's golf team's 2026-27 schedule.
The Phoenix will compete in four fall events, beginning with the Myrtle Beach Golf Trips Intercollegiate on Sept. 6-8 at Grande Dunes Golf Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Elon will return to competition the following week at the JT Poston Invitational, hosted by Western Carolina at the Waynesville Inn & Golf Club from Sept. 13-15.
Elon opens October at the West Bay Collegiate, hosted by Florida Gulf Coast at the West Bay Club in Estero, Florida, on Oct. 5-6. The Phoenix then returns home to conclude the fall slate with the Elon Phoenix Invitational on Oct. 12-13 at Alamance Country Club. Elon won its home tournament last season in record-setting fashion, shooting 34-under par (282-268-268 – 818).
The spring schedule begins Feb. 1-2 at Jacksonville's Sea Best Invitational at Atlantic Beach Country Club in Atlantic Beach, Florida. Two weeks later, the Phoenix will compete in the Battle at Briar's Creek, hosted by the College of Charleston at The Golf Club at Briar's Creek in Johns Island, South Carolina, on Feb. 15-16.
Elon will play twice in March, beginning with the Tiger Invitational at the Auburn University Club in Auburn, Alabama, on March 15-16. The Phoenix will then travel to Eatonton, Georgia, for the Linger Longer Invitational at Great Waters at Reynolds Lake Oconee from March 19-21.
The regular season concludes with two April tournaments. Elon will compete in Richmond's Giles-Spratley Collegiate at Independence Golf Club in Midlothian, Virginia, on April 5-6 before traveling to Chapel Hill for the Tar Heel Intercollegiate at Finley Golf Club on April 10-11.
The 2027 Coastal Athletic Association Championship will return to Dataw Island Golf Club in St. Helena Island, South Carolina, from April 25-27. The Phoenix finished runner-up at the conference championship last season after posting a 21-under total.
NCAA Regional competition is scheduled for May 17-19 and the NCAA Championship will take place May 28-June 2 at Omni La Costa in Carlsbad, California.
