Indoor: Finished third in the weight throw with a personal-best toss of 50' 5.25" (15.37m) at the Liberty Open...Had a top-five standing in the 60-meter dash at the Liberty Open with a time of 8.31...Had a season-best time of 8.03 in the 60-meters at the High Point Team Challenge...Ran a time of 26.58 in the 200-meters at the Liberty Quad...Earned a spot on the SoCon All-Academic team.

Outdoor: Won the hammer throw with a new personal-best mark of 172' 6" (52.58m) at the Aggie Invitational, second-best mark all-time in school history...Helped the 4x100-meter relay team to a fifth-place standing at the UNC Wilmington Seahawk Invitational with a time of 48.14.

2012-13
Indoor: Posted a season-best time of 8.01 in the 60-meters at the Liberty Kickoff...Finished sixth in the 200m at the Gene Anderson Invitational with a time of 26.33...Had a season-best time of 25.84 in the 200m at the 2013 SoCon Indoor Championships...Also competed in throwing events for the Phoenix...Had a season-best toss of 42'1.5" (12.84m) in the weight throw at the Virginia Tech Challenge...Named to the All-SoCon Academic Team.

Outdoor: Member of the 4x200m relay team that captured the team title at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a time of 1:41.58...Also a member of the 4x100m relay team that finished as the runner-up at the Coastal Carolina Invite with a time of 48.26...Ran a season-best time of 13.23 in the 100m at the Coastal Carolina Invitational...Established a new personal toss in the hammer throw with a mark of 141'10" (43.24m) at the 2013 SoCon Outdoor Championships.

2011-12
Indoor: Posted a season-best time of 26.94 in the 200m at the Liberty Quad on Feb. 10...Clocked in a time of 8.27 in the 60m at the Liberty Quad on Feb. 10...Ran a season-best time of 8.19 qualifying in the 60-meter dash at the Liberty Kickoff on Dec. 13...Had a time of 27:06 in the 200m at the Liberty Kickoff.

Outdoor: Posted a season-best time of 26:15 in the 200m at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational...Member of the 4x100m relay team that had two runner finishes on the year; at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a time of 47.67 and at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational with a time of 47.75...Clocked in a time of 12.75 in the 100m at the Liberty Collegiate Invitational to finish ninth...Had a season-best 12.70 qualifying in the 100m at the Raleigh Relays. 

2010-11
Indoor: Posted a season-best time of 25.37 in the 200m at the Virginia Tech Challenge…Clocked a season-best time of 7.99 in qualifying in the 60-meter dash at SoCon Indoors…Finished sixth in the 200m at SoCon Indoors with a time of 25.42…Ran the 200m in 25.83 for third at the Liberty Quad…Took fifth in the 60m at the Liberty Quad wit a time of 8.05.

Outdoor: Earned All-SoCon honors in the 4x100-meter relay…Member of the record-setting 4x100 meter relay team that claimed third with a time of 47.15 at SoCon Indoors…Posted a season-best time of 25.00 in qualifying for the 200m at SoCon Outdoors…Clocked a time of 12.47 in the 100m qualifier at SoCon Outdoors...Member of the school record holding 4x200m relay team that clocked a 1:40.94 at the Raleigh Relays…Finished first at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational as a member of the 4x100m relay team with a time of 47.16…Claimed second in the 200m with a time of 25.60 at the Kent Taylor-Joe Hilton UNC Invitational…Took sixth as a member of the 1,600m medley team at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 47.97.
